VOOQIO workspace data for Canadian customers is processed and stored in Canada (Central) with encryption in transit and at rest.
You are typically the controller of your customer and staff data; VOOQIO acts as a processor under your configuration and contract.
Some subprocessors — telecom, AI inference, payments — may process limited data in other jurisdictions under safeguards described in our Privacy Policy and DPA.
